De La Salle proudly announces that Nina Penny ’20 and Isaiah Hernandez ’20 have been chosen as recipients of the Bausch-Lomb Award, which is presented annually to graduating seniors who excel in the field of science.
Penny and Hernandez were both enrolled in the Honors Program at De La Salle. Hernandez graduated in the top 2.7 percent of the Class of 2020 while Penny graduated in the top 4.3 percent.
Hernandez is from Carlos Fuentes UNO-Charter Grade School, while Penny is from St. Walter Grade School.
Congratulations to both students on their impressive achievements and best of luck in their future endeavors.
