Shadow Days
Experience life as a Meteor.
Shadow a De La Salle student, see our campus, observe classes, and experience Meteor life!
Shadow Days are available most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
President’s Day Shadow
Monday, February 19th – 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Don’t miss out on our President’s Day Shadow opportunity! Students will spend their morning learning from De La Salle Meteors and experiencing the De La Salle classroom. Shadows will spend their afternoon immersed in hands-on learning activities and experiments led by our all-star faculty!
Pre-registration is required. To register for Meteor for a Day, log in to MyDLS to self-schedule your Shadow.
Parent Info Session & Tour
Experience our campus. An astro-turf that you can see from an airplane and a skyline you can see from your classroom? Chicago is both our backyard and our neighbor. Tour our Bronzeville campus, ooh and ahh at our weight room and fitness center, check out the classrooms where all the magic happens, and see with your own eyes why people rent out Bansley Hall or the Commons for weddings (and where we get to have lunch every day). Our Campus
Located on four acres of land, our campus is equipped with state-of-the-art classrooms and facilities.
Academic Classrooms
Apps-based learning in our agile classroom ecosystem provides students convenience by helping them achieve more in less time through interactive and personalized learning on their Tablet PC.
Engineering & Maker's Lab
In our Engineering and Maker’s Lab students can find drones, fabricators, 3-D printers and everything needed to program and operate robots.
Fine Arts
Students are invited to uncover their talents in the arts by putting on five-star productions in our black box theatre or by picking up an instrument in our band or orchestra. Our arts facilities give students hands-on learning opportunities to perfect their craft.
Parmer Activity Center
Our indoor sports arena is more than just a gym–it is 52,000 square feet in which students play, train and grow as athletes.
Parente Field
Home to our football, lacrosse and soccer teams, as well as baseball and softball. Our all-weather turf fields are always full and booked for practices and games throughout the year!
