It is with great sadness that we inform everyone of the passing of Barbara Jaros.
Mrs. Jaros was the wife of longtime De La Salle faculty member George Jaros ’64, who taught at his alma mater from 1969-2005.
Memorial visitation for Mrs. Jaros will take place at the Palos-Gaidas Funeral Home located at 11028 Southwest Highway in Palos Hills from 4-8 pm on Friday, January 10.
Her memorial Mass will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, January 11, at Sacred Heart Church located at 8245 W. 111th St. in Palos Hills.
On behalf of the De La Salle community, we extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the entire Jaros family at this time.
Eternal rest grant onto Mrs. Jaros, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen.
