Freshmen Family Interview with Counselor
The Student Services Department would like to congratulate and welcome you to De La Salle Institute!
You have been requested to participate in a mandatory freshmen student, parent, and counselor meeting. The Student Services staff puts great effort into assisting you and your family with the most optimal transition into high school. By establishing a good relationship with our students and their families, we can
help meet as many of your needs as possible over the next four years.
The mandatory freshmen interview, which takes place in June, is the first step in developing this relationship. Both student and parent(s) are required to attend the meeting. During the freshman interview, we will be able to introduce ourselves and address any questions or concerns you and your student have about entering high school. We will also discuss private matters that may impede or enhance your student’s academic success. Each interview will last approximately 45 minutes.
All appointments will be made through an online program called SignUp Genius. We are doing our best to accommodate as many of you as possible by allowing you to schedule within our summer schedule parameters. Please use the link provided below to register for your appointment.
