Wireless Network
While on campus, the De La Salle wireless network includes Internet
content filtering and firewalls. These features are designed to protect
your son or daughter and the computers. Students have space dedicated
on the network to upload and download files for backup. Printers are
available on both the Institute and Lourdes Hall campus for student
use.
Students may access their De La Salle e-mail accounts before 8:00 am and after school.
Network security is a high priority. If you can identify a security
problem, you must notify a teacher, or school administrator (such as
the Principal). Do not demonstrate the problem to other users. Attempts
to log-on as someone other than you will result in cancellation of user
privileges. Any user identified as a security risk may be denied access
to the network and referred to the Discipline Board.
