for the fall of 2009 De La Salle Institute educates students from a variety of Chicago neighborhoods. More than 150 grammar schools send their students to our high school. To make it easier for our student commuters to reach us, De La Salle services Metra stations at University of Chicago, Lake Park stop and coming in fall of 2009, Union and LaSalle Street Metra stations. This new bus route serves students from the southwest and western suburbs and Chicago’s South Side who ride the Rock Island, Aurora and Southwest Service lines of Metra.
Students to Reach De La Salle! Pick up and drop off schedule Pick up: A private De La Salle bus will pick up students from Union Station at 7:30 A.M. and from LaSalle Street Station at 7:45 A.M. to bring them to school. Drop off: Private De La Salle bus service will take students to LaSalle Street Station by 3:00 P.M. or 6:10 P.M. and to Union Station by 3:10 P.M. or 6:20 P.M.
