• Keep 2007 date of sept. 14 and move '08 date to later and downtown. Try to boost attendance by having teachers past and present, maybe 20-30 seniors. all functions should be held at banquet (all anniversary years).

• Joe Hughes brought up possibility of having banquet at DLS. Make 2008 date in November.

• Sept. 7th starts Alumni Week, Sept. 10th is Sox game. Golf prior to Sept. 14 @ Beverly

• D-Final netted 55,000 with 1395 tickets sold and we expressed the need to find more ticket sellers.

• Talk of Alumni Mission statement and stated that it was not clear and it would be tabled until June meeting.

• Alumni account has about $1100 in account and the need to try and raise money for the account (The need to have alumni at graduation practice on May 15th and 16th)

• Long discussion about how to get students believing in the Institute and their future involvement in the association.

• more talk throughout their 4 yrs. and need to promote at an early age. Have alumni at the first day for all freshmen. Need to get alumni in the school whenever possible (# of ideas about alumni of the day and the possibility of bringing back career day)

• Talk cam back to funding and the possibility of dues and split the pot. Split the pot was decided and $100 was raised at the 1st meeting, Ralph Mirro '71 was the 1st winner.

• Have different informal alumni events (maybe a poker game V. Chavarria and John Lorenz would chair committee)
